Participants for this workshop must not have high blood-pressure, heart ailments or a weak back Asanas and pranayamas covering each gland, organ, and system, will be taught to make you super healthy. With regular practice, your energy, stamina, flexibility and resistance to diseases, will improve ; your mind will become stress free and cheerful; your emotions will be balanced and your outlook will become more positive. You will be able to take the ups and downs of life with more equanimity, and can bounce back from tragedies effectively. Your thinking and decision making abilities will become sharper giving you a greater satisfaction professionally.

Apart from the above mentioned benefits, the memory and intellectual abilities of the children will become sharper and many hidden faculties of theirs can open up which could convert them into a genius.
It is ideal to put children to yoga at the age of seven as the lungs which greatly determines one’s health throughout one’s life stops growing at the age of eight. With yoga maximum growth of the number of alveoli or the air sacs is ensured.
